Hi, I'm 16 and I'm interested in doing some male modeling. I'm 5 foot 9 inches, and I'm muscularly toned. I have an angular face and have been told I bear a resemblance to a very young Tom Cruise. My question really is, how do I get started; do I need a portfolio, should i contact agencies etc. etc.. My goal for modeling is really to be able to get some money for college, as my goal is to be a pediatric cardiothoracic surgeon. The bottom line, is med school and college don't come cheap, and if I could use modeling to make money for college, than that would be great.
