My Mossberg isnt shooting worth a damn this year. I took it out to sight in for the deer opener this year.I had two targets set up next to each other. I was aiming at the left target and hitting the right one just on the edge of the paper. Shooting from 50 yards with Remington and Winchester 1 oz. rifled slugs. I adjusted the rear sight to compensate but that wasnt working. I did, however, shoot Remington Reduced Recoil through my smooth bore slug barrel before and it shot almost dead on. Sorry guys and gals, I guess I didnt mention that I was using the smooth bore the whole time. That was my bad. I used the smooth bore with the rifled slugs, and the reduced recoil rifled slugs.
Use the rounds that hit the target. Are you also using a rifled barrel? You didn't mention the smoothbore until towards the end of your question, so I thought you might be using a different barrel for the rifled slugs. If so, you need to use sabot slugs for the rifled barrel.
