I need to make a popsicle stick catapult. Any ideas?

I'm doing a science experiment where we have to make a catapult that can launch a marshmallow 3.5 meters. We get these materials:

3 by 5 index cards (2)
paper clips (3)
mini glue sticks (hot glue gun, 2)
popsicle sticks (10)
rubber bands (10)
coffee stirrers (5)
straws (2)
one plastic spoon
a 12-inch piece of string
a pair of scissors
and a metric ruler.

Any ideas, webpages, videos, etc. on how to make this? I really need help. I can't find anything and I need an idea by tomorrow. Thanks in advance.
