Relocation to San Jose, Where to Live?
Hi, I am relocating to San Jose for a job in a tech company. I am single and looking to live with quality and within budget. So far, Santana Row and North Park are the two best apartments, but a bit pricey. Atrium Garden on the other hand, although being $2~300 cheap, offers MUCH less in quality. Is there anything that is less than $1300/mo yet comes with Santana Row and North Park standard? I am willing to look as far as 15 miles away, preferably 10 miles from Cisco.
What I look for:
New (less than 3 years), clean (no stain, smoke, fresh paint and new carpet), safe (gated and in rich neighborhood), covered parking, clubhouse that has hotel quality furnitures, built in washer and driver, central a/c, new appliances, elevator, bigger than 480 sqf.
Is this possible?
Is it possible to find an apartment with all that for under $1300 near Cisco? Not a chance. You're moving to one of the most expensive places in the U.S. Try looking on craigslist and in the Mountain View area, which is very nice, but not "rich neighborhood."
