I just bought a pack of Bailey's minis, and one bottle has no liquid in it, just sealed air! Who to contact?
I bought them from Sainsbury's in Darnley, Glasgow. They came in a little pack of four mini bottles and one of them has nothing in it, but is still sealed. There is no customer support helpline on the box and I can't find one online. Should I ring sainsbury's or who else to get compensation? Thanks.
Take them back to sainsburys with your reciept. I had a similar problem from sainsburys with a.....cant remember actually but I thought it was funny anyway. They just gave me a new one (after checking there actually was a product inside).
You can find the customer services email or number ontheir website i guess, I have also contacted companies before for things like that. Usually you will just get an apology although once I got a check in the post - very unexpected.
