//www.jcwhitney.com used to carry one. I don't think they have it online, but they used to carry it in their snailmail catalogs. I don't know if they have it or not still, but you can always ask them. The only problem with whitney's tools is you get what you pay for usually, but with them sometimes you don't even get that. 
But, if you're going to go to that bother why not just get a cheap 1/2 inch drill at harbor freight?
